Tammie Parran, PhD, is a financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in wealth management, operations, and advisory services. She serves as Chief Financial Officer and oversees ELE Advisory Services, Inc., the firm’s Registered Investment Advisory company.
Dr. Parran began her career in 2001 and has held leadership roles, including Director of Insurance and Vice President of Operations. She is known for her disciplined, client-focused approach to financial planning, helping individuals and families make informed decisions through a clear and relationship-driven process.
She holds a PhD in Management from Walden University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University. She is passionate about financial literacy and has led educational programs for both youth and adults in the Houston community.
Dr. Parran holds multiple industry licenses, including Series 65, 24, 7, and 63, as well as insurance and real estate licenses. She is an active member of several professional and community organizations.
