Marcelle Gordon

Marcelle Gordon has led an impressive career as an investment professional gaining unparalleled experience in the financial services industry, while also establishing herself as a respected and trusted advisor. She is passionate about helping clients to achieve their financial goals and aspirations by focusing on financial literacy.

With more than 18 years of investment experience, Marcelle has served in various leadership roles at ELE Wealth Management including the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.  In her current role as SVP of Finance, she is not only tasked with managing the securities department but with executing and implementing the strategic vision of the firm.

Her expertise, drive, and determination have led her to constantly challenge herself by not only serving as an executive member of ELE but by establishing her consulting firm, Celmar Consulting Group, LLC to further expand her quest for knowledge. In her consulting capacity, she worked with Raymond James’ financial advisors for their flagship diversity initiative and as an editor for financial publications. She has written articles for the Detroit Smart Pages, appeared as a guest on local radio as well as a requested speaker for various organizations on financial topics.

Preceding her career in financial services, Marcelle was a Network Administrator for American Express where she was recognized with multiple awards for her innovative approach and commitment to her craft. Marcelle is a proud alum of the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Administration in Finance with Honors.

In her spare time, she loves traveling, enjoying the sweet sounds of smooth jazz, and finding her “beach”.
